துபாயில் பணிபுரியும் தமிழக ஓட்டுநர் மகள் திருச்சியில் கடத்தல்

துபாயில் பணிபுரிந்து வரும் திருச்சியைச் சேர்ந்த அஷ்ரஃப் அலியின் மகள் ஹயாத்துன்னிசா (வயது 19 ). இவரது மகள் கடந்த டிசம்பர் 9 ஆம் தேதி திருச்சியில் கடத்தப்பட்டார். கடத்தப்பட்ட தனது மகளை மீட்க உதவுமாறு தமிழக முதல்வரை அஷ்ரஃப் அலி கண்ணீர் மல்க வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளார்.
இதன் விபரம் வருமாறு : திருச்சியைச் சேர்ந்த அஷ்ரஃப் அலி கடந்த பத்து ஆண்டுகளாக துபாயில் அரபி ஒருவரது இல்லத்தில் ஓட்டுநராக பணிபுரிந்து வருகிறார். இவரது மகள் ஹயாத்துன்னிசாவுக்கு கடந்த ஜுன் மாதம் நஜிருத்தீன் என்பவருடன் திருமணம் நடைபெற்றது. திருமணம் நடைபெற்ற ஒரு மாதம் கழித்து இவர்கள் பாஸ்போர்ட் விண்ணப்பிக்க பாஸ்போர்ட் அலுவலகம் சென்றுள்ளனர். இதற்கான விண்ணப்பத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்ய பாஸ்போர்ட் அலுவலகம் அருகேயுள்ள ஏஜெண்ட் வரகனேரியைச் சேர்ந்த அபுதாஹிர் என்பவரிடம் சென்றுள்ளனர். அப்பொழுது அவரது முகவரியையும், தொலைபேசியையும் மிகவும் கவனமாக குறிப்பெடுத்துள்ளார்.
இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து நஜிருத்தீன் பணிக்காக துபாய் வந்தவுடன் அவரது மனைவி ஹயாத்துன்னிசாவை தொலைபேசி மூலம் அடிக்கடி தொந்தரவு செய்துள்ளார் அபுதாஹிர். காவல்துறையில் புகார் கொடுத்துவிடுவோம் என்று கூறியதும் சில நாட்கள் தொடர்பு கொள்வதை நிறுத்தியுள்ளார்.
கடந்த டிசம்பர் 9 ஆம் தேதி தியாகத் திருநாளன்று தென்னூரில் உள்ள கணவர் வீட்டிலிருந்து தில்லைநகரில் உள்ள தாயார் வீட்டிற்குச் சென்ற பொழுது அபுதாஹிர் என்பவரால் கடத்தப்பட்டுள்ளார். பின்னர் காவல்துறையில் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட புகாரின் பேரில் அபுதாஹிர் என்பவரை விசாரித்த போது அரூண் என்ற ரவுடியிடம் பணத்துக்காக விற்று விட்டதாக கூறியுள்ளார்.
அரூண் பல பெண்களைக் கடத்துதல்,மோசடி, கொலை, கொள்ளை உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு வழக்குகளில் சம்பந்தப்பட்டவராவார். இவரிடம் இருந்து தனது மகளை மீட்டுத்தர தமிழக முதல்வர் உடன் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து உதவிட கண்ணீர் மல்க வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளார் காணாமல் போன பெண்ணின் தந்தை அஷ்ரஃப் அலி.

I am from Trichirappalli (Tamil Nadu). My daughter name is HAYATHUNISHA. I arrange my daughter marriage with NAJIRUDEEN on 08-06-2008. NAJIRUDEEN is working in Dubai now. After one month of their marriage the couple went to the passport office to apply the passport for his wife (HAYATHUNISHA) to arrange her Visa for Dubai. The passport office is located in Trichirappalli (Tamil Nadu).
Now the passport agent named ABUTHAHIR has all the details of HAYATHUNISHA along with her Mobile Number. He used to call her frequently without any reason. My family was very disturbed due to this and warned him to complain to the Police so he stop calling to her anymore but after few weeks when NAJIRUDEEN move to Dubai, he again started calling her
On the day of Eid-al-adha date 09-12-2008,she went to purchase bangles in the market near her house, at that time ABUTHAHIR and his friend AROON followed and kidnapped her from that day her mobile was found switch off, she also wear 120gram Gold's.
Later on the complaint of her missing to the Police, they found it's a kidnapped ABUTHAHIR caught by Police and he gave statement that he sell HAYATHUNISHA to AROON (The case is filed in THILLAI NAGAR Police Station, Trichirappalli-18, and Tamilnadu). The person AROON is having many Police records of kidnapping girls for trafficking and two murders case as well. AROON is still not arrested by Police and its 12day's completed of my daughter kidnapped.
I am very ordinary poor person and only one bread winner for the entire family from this incident my entire family mentally disturbed; you're only my last hope.
My humble request to forward this case to the central Government. Please do needful for me.
